Introduction

When unable to travel as originally planned, or need to change the itinerary, such as changing the travel date or upgrading the cabin, to meet the changing travel needs of customers.

Provides online processes for three scenarios: no available flights or prices, available flights but no prices, and available flights with prices.

Functions include change inquiry, change application, seat reservation for changes, change cancellation, and change details inquiry,etc.

1. Inquiry

Inquires whether a flight ticket order can be changed. The interface automatically returns whether a change is possible and provides flight and passenger information.

2. Application

Third parties can use the interface to apply for changes, providing passenger information, change fees, and other necessary details.

3. Seat Reservation for Changes

User is able to submit seat reservation application for rebooking and obtain reservation result.

4. Change Cancellation

Provides an interface for the calling party to apply for change cancellation. Change requests can be submitted as long as the change has not been completed.

5. Change Details

Retrieves detailed information about a rebooking using the order number, synchronizing change data.
