Functions include querying ticketing details, ticketing feedback and reminding ticketing, etc.

1. Query Ticketing Details(Vendor API only)

Supports third parties in querying ticketing details, such as ticket number information, including ticket status, sub-cabin, fees, and other information.

Real-time ticketing data is synchronized to third parties.

2. Ticketing Feedback(Vendor API only)

Used by third parties to provide feedback on ticketing-related information after ticketing is completed.

Ticketing-related data is synchronized in real-time, and the status of already ticketed orders is notified to third parties via message notifications.

3. Ticketing Reminder(Distributor API only)

Provides third parties with the ability to remind about outstanding ticketing requests for orders that have not yet been ticketed, soothing customer emotions and promptly handling outstanding ticketing requests.
